I will not dump acting for full time politics – Sam Dede

Popular Nollywood actor and university lecturer, Sam Dede who was recently appointed as the Director-General of State Tourism Development Agency in Nigeria has described the appointment as “a surprise.”

He has also dismissed rumor in some quarters that he would dump acting for politics.

Speaking for the first time since his new appointment, Sam Dede said he has a challenge to bring the tourism potentials to the limelight. He lamented that before his appointment, nothing much was happening in the state’s tourism sector. The veteran actor disclosed that “in a few months from now, people will witness a transformation in the sector”.
