Nigerian president expected at Stephanie Okereke’s wedding dinner in Paris
It was a big surprise when the announcement pickled in that President Goodluck Ebele Jonathan of Nigeria would be attending Nollywood’s actress’ Stephanie Okereke’s wedding.
Goodluck Jonathan sees Stephanie as one of his adopted daughters, and would want to grace the historic wedding with his wife and large entourage.
Stephanie was the recipient of a National award and has since risen in prominence within the local circles of the Nigerian government.
For Stephanie, she might have chosen France just to keep some selected members of the press away from her wedding.
But with other seemingly important priorities, a lot of Nigerian citizens began to question the effectiveness of making such a trip if indeed he fulfills it.
Do you think the Nigerian President should make the trip to Paris?
