Highest paid African Movies actor revealed

Most African Movie actors of the eighties and nineties are either living in abject poverty and cannot take care of themselves. Some go through hell to get their fee after work done. From the marketing side of it, one might say the packaging of the artiste (actor) is poor but Majid Michel has made the difference.

Starring in the series, “Things we do for love” alongside Jackie Appiah and main character Adjetey Annan (Pusher), Majid has risen to become one of Africa’s favorite. It was said that Genevieve Nnaji is the highest paid actress in Africa but as it is now, the sexy cute actress stands second when Majid leaves Ghana to shoot elsewhere. Sources reveal he takes $12,000 per movie in Ghana and when he leaves the shores of Ghana charges $20,000.

Other African countries are all clamoring for his services, and the latest gist in town has it that the Minister of Foreign Affairs of Botswana sent down dignitaries to meet Abdul Salam to come over to their country with Majid Michel to help build their movie industry.

We wish him all the best.
